Job Title: RF Calibration Technician
Location: Chatsworth, Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Optional Overtime)
Salary: $45-65 per hour, depending on experience (DPE)

Calibration is performed to NIST traceable standards, A2LA accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025 and ANSI/NCSL, and known for our quality and speed, with a 5-business-day turnaround.
Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced Calibration Technicians specializing in RF/ Electrical Calibration. You’ll ensure the accuracy and reliability of clients’ measurement instruments, requiring precision, organization, and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Calibrate RF instruments (Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Frequency Counters, etc.)
- Calibrate standards and generate reports
- Inspect equipment and collaborate with engineers
- Provide technical guidance during audits
- Maintain safety and troubleshoot equipment
Requirements and Skills:
- Must have proven Calibration experience
- Military PMEL/TMDE/DOD training and familiarity with ISO 17025 standards preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for potential onsite customer visits
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, and U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
