TruMetric Illinois caters to a wide array of industrial equipment, from electronic devices like voltmeters, power supplies, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers to mechanical instruments such as bench micrometers, length rods, tape measures, height gauges, master step gauges, pin gauges, thread wires, gauge blocks, ring gauges, thread rings, thread plugs, and more.

In addition to our broad calibration capabilities, the Chicago–Rockford laboratory offers specialized expertise in high-accuracy electrical and dimensional calibration. This location is uniquely equipped to support precision calibrators and 8.5-digit multimeters, providing the level of accuracy, stability, and traceability required for reference-grade instruments and calibration standards.

The TruMetric Illinois lab also provides advanced CMM inspection and sound acoustics services. Our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspection capabilities support precise dimensional verification for complex parts and assemblies, while our sound and acoustics services help customers validate noise, vibration, and acoustic performance in accordance with applicable specifications.

Additional specialities include cleanroom certification, including supply air flow velocity and CFM calculations, airborne particle count classification, and room differential pressures. We also offer biological safety cabinet and fume hood certification, including exhaust, inflow and downflow velocity tests, magnehelic gauge calibration, and HEPA and ULPA integrity testing.
