TruMetric is pleased to announce the expansion of advanced temperature calibration capabilities at our Cypress, CA laboratory, supporting customers’ most demanding measurement accuracy requirements.
Building on the expertise of Micro Quality Calibration, the Cypress lab now offers primary-level temperature calibration with full traceability to the International Temperature Scale of 1990 (ITS-90). The lab is equipped with precision fixed-point cells, reference Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometers (SPRTs), and high-stability liquid bath systems designed to deliver some of the lowest achievable uncertainties in the industry.
Expanded capabilities include:
- ITS-90 fixed-point realizations from –197 °C to 660 °C
Calibration at cryogenic, triple-point, and metal fixed points including LN₂, TPW, Gallium, Indium, Tin, Zinc, and Aluminum - Achievable uncertainties as low as 0.25 mK
- Precision comparison calibrations using reference SPRTs
- Complete system calibrations (probe + readout) with coefficient generation and programming
- Full compliance documentation including deviation functions and interpolation tables
These capabilities support primary and secondary standards, precision industrial probes, and complete temperature measurement systems across aerospace, defense, life sciences, energy, research laboratories, and advanced manufacturing.
The expansion enhances TruMetric’s ability to provide defensible, audit-ready temperature measurements for applications where high-precision, traceability, and data integrity are mission-critical.
